Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original factory boxes, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Arrange for a carrier to transport the items back to our distribution center, or coordinate with our team for a scheduled local pickup service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
