What is your return policy for furniture?
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Yes, we partner with specialized financial institutions to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can apply for financing directly at checkout or visit one of our showrooms for assistance with the application process.
Are your products covered by a warranty?

What happens if my furniture arrives damaged?
In the rare event of transit damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We will arrange for a repair, a replacement part, or a full exchange at no additional cost to you.
